It is with heavy hearts that we share news today of the passing of one of our beloved teachers, Mrs. Debbie Marlier.

While today we mourn the passing of our dear friend, we are an Easter people, and our faith in Jesus reminds us that death is not the end of our story.

We are comforted in knowing that Mrs. Marlier’s impact on the lives of her students and their families ensures that the goodness she brought to our world will live on forever.

May perpetual light shine upon her.

Visitation for Mrs. Marlier will be 3-6 p.m. on Monday, February 26, at Rafferty Funeral Home, 2111 1st Street A, Moline, with a rosary at 2:30 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 27 at St. Pius.
