Athletics

Dear Jordan Families and Student-Athletes,

On behalf of the Jordan Catholic School Athletics Department, welcome to Jordan Catholic School. As a member of the Jordan Jaguars athletic family, our expectations for you are similar to your own personal family's expectations. Act responsibly as you represent Jordan Catholic School. Study, go to class, practice hard, and do your best to excel. Take pride in the opportunity to represent your institution in a first class manner.

The Athletics Department holds the philosophy that the athlete's most important tasks are pursuit of personal growth through faith, academic work and team experiences, and development of a sense of ethical responsibility. The department strives to maintain an outstanding athletics program conducted in a manner that sets an example for good sportsmanship. The department recognizes that its primary commitment is education of the student-athlete.

The Athletics Department is associated with two different conferences. For sports in grade 5th - 6th we participate in the Quad Cities 8 conference and for grades 7th - 8th we compete in the Heartland Conference. We hope you will take full advantage of this opportunity to get a phenomenal education while participating in interscholastic sports. You are an important member of the Jordan Athletics Department. We want you to succeed at the highest level both academically and athletically.

Please remember that the coaches and administrators are here for you. Our goal is to help you succeed in life. We are happy to have you as a part of the Jordan Catholic School family of student - athletes. Please feel free to contact us should the need ever arise. We wish you the best in all of your endeavors.

Sincerely,

Kyleigh McLaughlin
